Strawberry Banana Smoothie
-¼ cup of milk
-protein powder if desired
1.Cut up banana and strawberries. Then put into blender along with ice and ¼ cup of milk. If you want to add in protein power put this in the mix as well.
2.Blend together all of these ingredients for about 2 minutes or until ice and fruit are blended.
3. Pour smoothie into cup and enjoy.
-1 ¾ cups of white sugar
-8 cups of water
-1 ½ cups of lemon juice
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to broil and stir to dissolve the sugar. Next, allow it to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp. Then in a pitcher stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice, and remaining 7 cups of water. Lastly, enjoy your delicious drink.
